Sewer service in Highlands and Monmouth Hills utilizes both the Boroughs collection system and the AH/HRSA system. We have included a summary of the Borough's regulations applying to sewage. While these regulations have been provided by the Borough and are believed to be correct as of 8/1/2008, other parts of Borough regulations may also pertain to sewers and the Borough may make amendments or changes without notice to the Authority.
